• Answering phones
• Greet and assist all visitors/clients
• Word processing (Microsoft Office applications)
• Organizing files and documents
• Basic data entry tasks
• Managing office supplies
• Other general office duties
• Coordinating in-office events


Qualifications:

  • • 2 Year Business or Business-Related Associates Degree
  • • Ability to meet deadlines on a regular basis
  • • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • • Proficient typing skills
  • • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
  • • The ability to “self start” and work independently
  • • Professional attitude towards clients and colleagues
