  • Systems analysis and design for HVAC systems.
  • Life cycle cost analysis.
  • •Load analysis and equipment selection.
  • Writing of specifications and technical reports.
  • Good communication skills with Owner and Architect.
  • Controls specification including schematics, sequence of operation, and summary.
  • Field investigations for existing and new construction.
  • Use of computers to perform engineering tasks.
  • Completion of projects within the architect’s and client’s schedule.
  • Prompt and complete response to project issues during design and construction.
  • CAD and Revit MEP skills necessary to develop construction documents.
  • Skill and care necessary to improve Buford Goff & Associates, Inc. opportunity to develop repeat work with client.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years design experience with commercial, healthcare, and educational design is required.
