Wireless Information Network
Little Rock, Arkansas
The firm was contracted on a sole source basis to provide strategic planning services to the Statewide Radio System Work Group which represents sixteen state agencies. The focus of this working group was to make recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly on the feasibility of implementing a statewide wireless information network. Consulting services encompassed needs assessment, fact finding interviews, asset inventory, cost-benefit analysis, business case development, and funding recommendations. This year long project resulted in a final report to the Governor and the Joint Committee on Advanced Communications and Information Technology.
